Kittens are certified to be in good health to the best of our knowledge following a check by the veterinarian. Initial vaccinations are administered, and kittens will be de-wormed as deemed necessary. Kittens will be TICA registered. Kittens will have a 12-month guarantee from congenital issues (i.e., HCM). If so, breeder will replace with choice of litter.

It is requested that each kitten owner have his/her kitten examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of sale to reveal any possible problems (notify within 24 hours) which would interfere with the enjoyment of your pet. We will resolve noted congenital health issues either via refund and return of kitten or our correction of the issue (breeder discretion). Transitioning a purchased kitten is the responsibility of the purchaser. Kittens cannot be returned to Treasured Rags Cattery due to complications with the transition process into a new home.

All transportation expenses are the responsibility of the new owner and we do not ship. Buyers guarantee that they will provide proper diet, a safe and healthy environment, veterinarian care (including spaying/neutering of TICA kittens with No Show/Breeding Limitation), and will not mistreat the cat. This breeder does not sell to brokers, pet stores or co-ops.

A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 will hold your pick of the litter. If seller is unable to provide a healthy, reserved kitten then a full refund will be made. The buyer will be accountable for providing current contact information. Balance of purchase price is due upon pick up by cash, money order or balance paid through Venmo.
